Customers in the United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Change of Mind:

Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

Defective or Damaged Goods and Incorrect Products:

Notification: Notify us at support@ebikeadventuresHQ.com within 7 days of receiving defective or damaged goods or an incorrect product. Provide photos and/or videos of the damage or item. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Resolution: E-Bike Adventures HQ will pay shipping costs for returns of damaged or defective products and incorrect items.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

Package the Item Safely:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included.
- Include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images.
- Download and print the return shipping label provided in our email.
- Affix the label to the outside of the package.

Shipping the Return: Use FedEx, UPS, or USPS for returns using trackable shipping. Ship the item within 7 days after receiving the return authorization.

Customer Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless specific conditions below are met.
E-Bike Adventures HQ Responsibility: Responsible for shipping costs on returns for damaged, defective, or delivered-in-error products. E-Bike Adventures HQ must be notified at support@ebikeadventureshq.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged product.
6. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: You can cancel for a full refund if the item has not shipped. Notify support@ebikeadventuresHQ.com immediately to cancel before the item is shipped.
After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
7. Exceptions to the Return Policy
Customized orders, personalized products, gift cards, and extended warranties are non-refundable.
